Return Policy:

Used & Vintage Items - 7 Days

Returns for Used & Vintage items may be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

New Items - 14 days

Returns for New items may be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

General Terms
If for whatever reason you decide to return an item you've purchased, just let us know within the window.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Strings, accessories, vinyl LPs, etc. must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described or there was another problem.

Refund

After the item has returned to Telluride, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less any shipping costs.

Sales Tax Policy:

We will attempt to collect any relevant sales taxes at the point of purchase. Buyer assumes responsibility for any applicable sales not collected at the point of purchase. Per the South Dakota v. Wayfair ruling, certain sales taxes may be applicable depending on the Buyer's shipping address.

Shipping Policy:

We are unable to ship outside of the Continental United States. For instruments, we prefer FedEx Ground and UPS Ground services. For accessories and vinyl, we typically ship UPS or USPS. If you have any specific shipping needs or request, we are happy to accommodate—please contact us.
